Collince makora is a Finance and Operations Coordinator at KDI in Kenya. He began his career by working with nonprofit and community-based organizations in informal settlements in Nairobi, serving in various capacities ranging from field work to administrative duties. He worked with Haki Group, formerly Haki Self Help Group, a community-based organization in the Kibera slums where he spearheaded the formation of various small women’s groups to practice group Savings and Loans methodologies. Before joining KDI, Collince worked with Bankable Frontier Associates (BFA Kenya) as an analyst in the Business Insight Team, where he focused on financial analysis and modeling. He also worked with YWCA of Kenya in the Finance and Accounts department, giving him broad exposure to financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

 

Collince holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Africa Nazarene University in Kenya.
