Eric Riley is a Planning Associate for Kounkuey Design Initiative. Eric has a professional background in GIS mapping, community engagement, policy analysis, and project management. He is joining us from the Reinvestment Fund, where he worked as a Policy Solutions Intern in Philadelphia preparing maps and reports and providing technical support for local neighborhood community plans. During his Master’s program, Eric worked on a sustainable urbanization Master Plan for a group of communities in Northern Bogota, Colombia, and partnered with residents in North Philadelphia to transform a vacant lot into a community owned public space.


Eric holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a Masters of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
