Ms. Clemencia Osa is the Senior Director of Business Development at KDI Kenya. She is a transformational development professional who helps organizations to engage stakeholders effectively to create change, value, and impact. Her efforts focus on those typically excluded from problem-solving and decision making. Clemencia brings over 20 years of experience in inclusive international development to KDI and adopts a leadership style that questions through curiosity and builds through teamwork. As a Certified Fundraising Executive with a background in research and gender inclusion, she has developed perspectives that include everyone in project design and management. She is also an author with a focus on women’s economic empowerment, exploring solutions to day-to-day issues affecting women and girls. Clemencia holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development from Daystar University and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Nairobi.
