Collince is a Senior Finance + Operations Associate at KDI Kenya. Collince is passionate about working with the community to improve living standards. At KDI, he supports the management of office finances and operations, including project budgets. Prior to joining KDI he worked with Bankable Frontier Associates (BFA Kenya) as an analyst in the Business Insight Team, where he focused on financial analysis and modeling. He also worked with YWCA of Kenya in the Finance and Accounts department, giving him broad exposure to financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Collince began his career working with nonprofit and community-based organizations in informal settlements in Nairobi, serving in various capacities ranging from fieldwork to administrative duties. At Haki Group, he spearheaded the formation of several small women’s groups to practice group Savings and Loans methodologies. Collince holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Africa Nazarene University in Kenya.
