Kezia is a Community Associate at KDI Kenya. She has strong interest in building safe and secure societies, from the family unit to the community level, to promote inclusivity and equity for the less fortunate. Kezia first joined KDI as a Community and Economic Development Intern before being absorbed as a full time staff member. She is involved in compiling community engagement processes, the economic development of community partners, and following up on group projects. Kezia is particularly skilled at working across disciplines with a range of stakeholders to bring out community assets. She is experienced in community engagement and community organization development, with extensive knowledge in monitoring group projects as well as educating communities on project sustainability. Kezia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Moi University.
