Sarah is a Business Development Associate at KDI’s Los Angeles office, where she manages proposals and grant preparation across all design and planning projects. Before joining KDI, she held a variety of writing-focused roles at SCI-Arc, Clockshop, LAND, CalArts, and the Feminist Center for Creative Work. A lifelong Angeleno, she spent her childhood in the city’s parks and libraries, and shares KDI’s vision of these spaces as critical social infrastructure. Outside of KDI, she is a published poet and literary critic, interrogating themes of language, belonging, and gender across her work. She holds a BA in Narrative Studies from USC and an MFA in Creative Writing from CalArts.
