Teresia is a Construction Associate at KDI Kenya. She is passionate about community-led design and build approaches towards construction. Teresia first joined KDI as a Construction Intern before being absorbed as a full-time staff member. She is involved in managing day-to-day operations and administrative issues relating to construction projects, as well as the preparation of construction schedules and quantification and requisition of supplies and materials. Before joining KDI, Teresia worked with Oasis Shelter Systems in Construction Project Management, Pamoja Trust in community-led design slum upgrading, Dice concepts in Design, and as a volunteer at various NGOs.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Project Management from Kenya Institute of Management.
