Amanda is a scrappy visionary from Magnolia, Delaware, USA and a recent college graduate from Pomona College in Claremont California, where she majored in Cognitive Science, with a concentration in Human Centered Design. She thrives at the intersection of cognitive justice, sustainable development and regenerative design.

Amanda is currently a Design Intern at KDI in Nairobi Kenya, she is grateful for the opportunity to see the impacts of intentional People and Planet work in action, and hopes to utilize this experience and insights in her future next steps of pursuing a master’s in Urban and Regional Planning. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, running, listening to music, and/or cooking and eating a good meal with good company
