Christine Wandera works at KDI Kenya as a Senior Community Associate. She has worked as a sociologist, community development specialist, and community organizer in over 30 informal settlements throughout Kenya and consulted for the Kenya Informal Settlements Improvement Project. Additionally, she has facilitated peace-building and conflict-management training across Kenya and other African countries, including Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda. Her research experience includes the Kenya Migration Profile with AMAPOC, political campaign and evaluation research, and various other studies in Tanzania and Rwanda. Christine has participated in UN conferencing as a bilingual English-French speaker. She holds a Master's degree in International Conflict Management (ICM) from Nairobi University and a Bachelor's degree in Integral Human Development from Tangaza College - Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
